SecureSync will alert you when Drive storage is low. Google Drive storage is your responsibility — you can upgrade directly through Google. Most SME offices are well served by Google One 100 GB (₹130/month).
No product can guarantee recovery for files that were not backed up. SecureSync guarantees best-effort restore assistance for files that were in configured, monitored folders and were successfully synced to Google Drive before the incident. We are transparent about this from day one.
No. SecureSync runs as a lightweight background service. It only backs up files that have changed — not full folder copies. On a typical office PC it is not noticeable during normal work.
Monitoring stops. Your files already backed up in Google Drive remain there — Jyotvira does not delete your data. You can renew within 90 days without a new setup fee. After 90 days, a setup fee applies to restart.
