SecureSync is a file monitoring and backup assistance service. It is not a cloud storage service, not a data recovery service, and not a compliance or regulatory tool. JYOTVIRA Systems does not represent that using SecureSync satisfies any legal, regulatory, or audit obligation you may have regarding data retention or security.
SecureSync can restore files that were in a configured, monitored folder and were successfully synced to Google Drive before an incident. We cannot recover files that were not monitored, were not successfully backed up, or were deleted before SecureSync was installed. Restore assistance is provided on a best-effort basis. JYOTVIRA does not guarantee recovery in all circumstances.
SecureSync uses Google Drive as its backup destination. JYOTVIRA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Drive is a third-party service with its own terms of service, privacy policy, and pricing. JYOTVIRA is not responsible for Google service availability, outages, or changes to Google's pricing or policies.
The AI risk classifier (Professional and above plans) uses a local LLM (Ollama with llama3) running on your Windows PC. JYOTVIRA does not warrant the accuracy of AI risk classifications. They are advisory only. Ollama is a third-party open-source tool not created by JYOTVIRA.
